and make our own decisions. So many thoughts go through our
minds throughout the day. Sometimes we even expect others to
think like we do.
How would it be if we could know what others are thinking? That
would certainly cause our brains to overload from hearing others
thoughts. What would life be like without the fun of surprises and
anticipation. Knowing everything would make life boring.
It wouldn't be much fun for others to know what we are thinking.
We would spend our whole day trying to defend ourselves. So, if
we can't read each others mind, then why do we act like we can?
How many times have we been wrong about how someone feels
We think that because someone has been a part of our lives for
so long that they should already know things about us and that
we shouldn't have to tell them anything. We say things like "You
should know by now that...." , "Why you didn't think to.....","You
know I....", or "I don't know why you.....", WE ARE NOT MIND
So many families and friends are disconnected right now
because someone thought they knew what the other person
was thinking. People get so mad about what they thought that
it keeps them from using the common sense to just ask the
other person instead of assuming. So, both parties are mad,
they stop communicating with each other, and contact is lost.
Everyone on this earth doesn't think the same as we do
(Romans 12:3). Just because others think on a different
level than we do doesn't necessarily mean that they are
wrong. That is where they are in their thinking right now.
We need to have an understanding of where they are
before making harsh assumptions about what they
should or shouldn't be doing.
