person on earth that is perfect. The way you feel about yourself is
reflected in the way that you let people treat you. If you don't love
yourself, you will allow anything or anyone into your life. When someone
loves themselves they will be very cautious about who and what they let
into their lives.
Try focusing on what is beautiful about you and not what is beautiful
about someone else. Life is not all about being pretty, because
eventually beauty fades. What are you good at? What can you do that
is unique? If you can't answer these questions, then ask a close friend,
co-worker, or a family member. Ask them what they like about you.
If you want to change your appearance, then change what ever you can.
Wear some make up, change your hair style, or exercise to tone up.
You would be suprised how you feel afterwards. Pay more attention to
the negative things that you say about yourself. Every time you think
negative thoughts or say negative words they have a negative impact on
you and your life. Try to replace negative thoughts and words with
positive thoughts and words. If you need to, make a list of positive
things to tell to yourself on a daily basis.
Don't let others words have an impact on the way you feel about
yourself. The sad thing is that some people are comfortable being
miserable. Is that really the life that you want to live? Believe me it
is hard, but you have to make a decision to either love yourself or not.
If you do, you will live a happier life. If you don't, you will continue
through the cycle of depression, choosing the wrong relationships,
bitterness, and feelings of rejection. Love yourself so that you can
be a happier person.
