Although life can be good, some people are bitter and think life is mostly
bad. They feel like they just can't catch a break. When something really
major goes wrong, it seems like everything starts to go wrong. Some
days it seems like nothing goes right. Your appetite changes, you don't
want to do anything or talk to anyone.
When other people around you create problems for you, things get very
frustrating. "The unexpected" is usually a part of life. What do you do when
your life seems to have taken a turn for the worse and everything is out of
No one knows better than Job. Job lost everything, but yet he refused to
believe God deserted him and he continued to trust God no matter what.
(Job 13:15). Job said "Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him". Job held
on and in the end God blessed him with way more than he had before.
It is hard to stay positive when there are so many circumstances causing
you to feel negative. No matter how bad you feel, don't believe that God
has forsaken you. There will always be a chance that people will forsake
you, but even when you are at your lowest low, God never will (even if it
feels like it).
Try to do things that make you feel better to take your mind off of things
that are bothering you. Once you do, sometimes you will notice that
the answer to your problem was there long before the problem came
into existence either through other people, places or things. God will
provide the help we need, but we need to stop expecting God to help
us in the way that we think He should.
